The Million Dollar Question… What are my Million Dollar Woman Non-Negotiable Routines?
People always ask me what my day to day looks like. How do I spend my mornings? Do I just wake up and go? How do I ever make time for myself? I want to give you the 3 routines I use every day that every ambitious woman should have to fuel her success, while prioritizing herself. Million dollar women DO BOTH.
- A MORNING ROUTINE: This may sound so obvious, but it is so important to set up a rock solid morning routine. As busy entrepreneurs, we work best when we have a schedule and stick to it! I always start by making myself a cup of coffee to get my mind moving. Then I start up my to-do list, full of my non-negotiables for the day. I make sure to set up any goals for the day, week, or month and then end with some gratitude. Ending with that piece always leaves me feeling happy and ready for another day in the life!
- A WELLNESS ROUTINE: If you’ve ever been to one of my M$workouts, you know I love a good sweat to balance my mind and body. Creating a wellness routine is a huge part of fueling your success. Taking care of yourself with a workout, vitamins, massages, and water is a great place to start. But don’t forget to also schedule in mani/pedi’s, travel, and socialize with friends. Those things are just as important to making sure you are ready to take on the world.
- A FINANCIAL ROUTINE: Being an Ambitious Woman with million dollar goals is no joke. We need to set serious financial goals and track the hell out of them. We have to make sure we have a strong financial routine in place. This includes having proactive management of expenses, income tracking, and debt repayment knowledge and confidence ready to deploy at any moment. This also includes saving and investing in your future as well. A well rounded financial routine that will support you as you continue on your journey to becoming a Million Dollar Woman.
So here’s my big question: What’s the point of hustling if you’re not happy and feeling your best? Here’s your reminder to step outside of hustle culture. Take the time to make sure that all of that hard work isn’t outweighing your needs.
Trust me, babe. You can make your millions, track the hell out of your finances, and live your best life with a glass of champagne in hand, all at the same damn time.
