Jac’s career started in Capital Market at the age of 21 years old selling on the shelf and bespoke structured financial products, covering 1/3 of Canada and managing over $500,000,000 in sales. A change agent wherever she goes, Jac was pivotal in her teams program soaring past $1.2B in sales that year. Traveling 2-3 weeks a month, she quickly adopted the nickname “PTA” - Planes, Trains and Automobiles - because she was always on one. Then making a radical shift into industry, Jac then put her sales skills to work in a new environment (and industry). Her advanced prospecting skills led to her in the hands of unique client prospects including The Patriots and F-Factor, to name a few. This led to her rapid promotion to Director of Global Sales by 23, running a global team and strategy on a $200,000,000 Book of Business.

Now Jac is a Chief Success Officer to her clients, running a Multi-6-Figure Advisory + Consulting Agency in New York City. As a private strategic advisor + consultant to ambitious women under The JW Method, Jac thrives at giving you the financial confidence and structure to become a Million Dollar Woman. In 2019 Jac’s sales efforts on the trading floor were noticed resulting in a job offer to radically switch into industry working for a Private Corporation that had recently undergone a strategic acquisition. At 23 years old she was promoted to Director of Sales, running a global sales team and managing over $200,000,000 in sales. After a short year of an extremely toxic work environment, manipulative bosses and a burned out body she  turned in my Valentino heels, left her equity on the table and walked. She was sitting in her 44th floor condo at The Shangri-La in Toronto drinking her morning coffee a few days later when it dawned on her... She didn't go through all of this sh*t to not help other women going through the same. And this is when The JW Method was born. 

In 2017, Jac started her career working on the Trading Floor at CIBC Capital Markets at the age of 21 years old selling on the shelf and bespoke structured financial products. Starting on the floor before she even graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with her Finance Bachelors of Business Administration Degree, Jac earned the job old fashioned way — with a ton of hard work, hustle, and sacrifice. Given 1/3 of Canada to cover and managing over $500,000,000 in sales, Jac quickly earned the name PTA “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” as she was always on one. With resilience and grit, Jac struggled in silence while her superhero dad and best friend battled stage 4 cancer, going from the ICU unit to the airport to fly across the country to close deals. A change agent wherever she goes, Jac was pivotal in her team's program soaring past $1.2B in sales that year.

In 2021, Jac and The JW Method experienced the most pivotal transformation. Moving to New York forced Jac to grow in imaginable ways. Previously feeling like an outsider because of her extraordinary ambition, NYC’s raw power forced her to understand that her mastery is a rarity and people who play at a brilliant level are a scarcity. She felt at home. This was the year The JWM underwent a complete strategic realignment, scaled to multi-6-figures, launched 5 new services, rebranded (twice), hired our first Junior Advisors which quickly turned into our core C-Suite Team, launched The Financial Blueprint of The M$W, launched M$Workspace™, published in Business Insider + Authority Magazine, and generated out-of-this-world client results. The universe tested her. Jac lost friends, loved ones and clients — “New Level, New Devil” — as she says.
But most importantly, The M$W was born.

In 2020, in the thick of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Jac chose to bet on herself in pursuit of a move to New York City. Selling all of her registered investments, Jac sponsored herself to obtain her E-2 Treaty Substantial Investor Visa to become a US Resident and launched The original JW Method — JWellness — a wellness and empowerment company for corporate women. Creating her signature 5 Pillar Framework that transformed high performing women to trade burnout for balance and stagnation for success, Jac quickly made a name for herself and The JW Method in the entrepreneurial industry for helping women unapologetically shattering the glass ceiling. In scaling, Jac quickly gained momentum (and requests) to help other entrepreneurs scale their businesses like she did, thus pivoting to her Chief Success Officer role to serve both The Ambitious Corporate Woman and The Ambitious Entrepreneur. Then Jac moved to NYC and everything changed…
