⁣⁣There are these things called the “un-written rules”. These un-written rules are the key to your success, corporate or non-corporate. These can include things like: knowing your behind the scenes bonus parameters, being out with the boys and in with the men, first in last out, when to network with senior management and when not to. I could literally write a NOVEL on this subject.

But today I am going to share 3 Un-Written Rules that you need to know to build a name for yourself 🔥:⁣⁣

1️⃣ Learn Your Org Chart/Culture⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣Who matters, what matters, what gets you paid, what the unspoken rules are.⁣⁣⁣⁣ Genuine FaceTime with Boss’s. Find what motivates them. Volunteer to initiatives that are important to the culture. 

⁣2️⃣ Make Yourself Known⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣Look the part. Walk the part. Talk the part.⁣ Have an energy SO INFECTIOUS everyone wants you on their team. Connect with your Boss’s Boss and other MD’s & Heads. Attend high profile events & put your best foot forward. ⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣3️⃣ Make Yourself an Asset⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣Add Value. Be a thought leader. Be a change agent. ⁣⁣Find your niche and capitalize the shit out of it. Be so irreplaceable your team would be lost without you.
