You have to be confident in the services you provide and the work that you do! That needs to show through your content, on your sales calls, ALL throughout the process.
Your potential clients need to know that you’re credible. Can they trust you? This is why sprinkling social proof in your emails, your socials and your sales pages is always a good idea!
People need to know that you know what you’re doing!
And lastly, reliability. Do you deliver what you say you will? Can clients rely on you to show up on time, give them the results that they’re asking for, be there for them when you say you will be?
If the answer is yes, then you’re golden!
If the answer is “eh,” then work on building this. You should always be working on your confidence, credibility and reliability.
Build Your CCR Factor
What is it that your clients and potential clients want?
Do they want more time?
Do they need more money?
You have to know your audience inside and out in order to provide the services they need! Figure out what it is that they want and ensure them that you can deliver it!
Understand Client Motivation:
What good is growth if it isn’t sustainable?
Would you rather be guessing the income you’ll be making next month or KNOWING?
Would you rather be losing and gaining weight all of the time or consistently losing even just 1lb a week?
If the growth in your business is unsustainable, your sales will be sporadic and scaling won’t be consistent.

Understand Client Pain:
Okay class, listen up. This is Emotional Selling 101.
We just talked about client motivation but what is their pain point? What do they want less of?
Are they struggling to pay their rent on time?
Do they have trouble with their confidence and self-esteem?
Are they feeling anxious about their debt?
Whatever it is, speak to that pain. Make them feel heard and understood.
Let them know that you have the solution for their problem and why you’re the perfect person for the job!
